4. Do restrictions apply to certain types of roof? Homes without tiled roofs may attract higher premiums.

6. Are personal possessions covered as standard?

7. Is there an extra admin charge for the policy?

8. Does the insurer provide legal expenses cover, either as standard or an extra cost option?

9. Is there a minimum premium or claim figure?

10. Is it beneficial for there to be an approved security system?
