A 35x12 unit. This is a very contemporary layout, with stylish kitchen units, integrated fridge/freezer, spacious second bedroom and separate shower and toilet. The furniture is fitted, however looks as if it is actually freestanding, and comes in at a larger size than normal fitted units. Linoleum throughout can be replaced with carpet if desired.
