Static Caravans
We realise that for the majority of our customers they do not just jump at the first static caravan holiday home that comes along – you spend a great deal of time and effort looking for the perfect unit, something that you are going to want to feel comfortable in. And yet, even once you have made that purchase we know you would have liked something from one van mixed with a certain feature from another van. A bigger second bedroom? A larger shower? More cupboard space?
Everybody is different, therefore we came up with the concept of customisation. We offer a choice on practically everything, from curtains and soft furnishings, carpets and wall coverings to electrical fittings and a range of different colours and styles of kitchens. And as you would expect, externally you have the choice of different cladding, from traditional aluminium through to Canexel.

Most caravans we sell come with standard features such as:
- Central Heating and modern gas fire
Providing both winter warmth and a boost on those chilly summer nights. These are complimented by superior insulation in the walls, floor and roof.
- uPVC Double Glazing, Steel Pantile Roofs and Galvanised Chassis
These are the three main items to look for in a modern, well constructed holiday home.
- Gas oven, hob and extractor hood, Stainless Steel sink and mono mixer tap
Contemporary colours and styles bringing a feel of class to the kitchen, as well as practicality.
- Freestanding bed in master bedroom, sprung mattress and under-bed storage
Just like at home! Comfort and relaxation after a hard day on the beach and hills, with plenty of storage space for those longer, more permanent visits. PLUS pull-out bed in the main lounge area.
- Carpets throughout, linoleum in bathroom and kitchen, stylish curtains
The internal décor is colour matched, with a mix of floor coverings that you would expect - comfortable but practical where required.
- Ceramic sanitaryware, close coupled toilets and thermostatically controlled showers
A modern feel, incorporating both additional space and safety.
Of course you don’t have to choose features like, for example, Double Glazing, Central Heating or Galvanised Chassis.
All of our units conform to BS EN 1647:2004, unless other instructions are received, in writing.
Insulation and grade – all our caravans are built to Grade 2 (average U value of less than 1.7 W/m2K) and an average temperature difference of at least 20○ C outside.
Chassis – our standard chassis is pre-galvanised, however painted steel box section chassis are available also.
Snow loading – all of our caravans meet Grade A requirements, which is currently 750 Pa.
All of our holiday homes come with a 12 month warranty and full on site support from the manufacturer.
